Academic Staff Professionals Representation Organization (ASPRO) is a not-for-profit, professional organization that represents the interests of Academic Staff throughout the University of Wisconsin System to the Wisconsin State Legislature, the Governor, the Board of Regents, and the public. ASPRO is the lobbying and public relations arm of the Academic Staff and is the only organization dedicated solely to serving Academic Staff.

As a voluntary, membership-supported advocacy organization, ASPRO was formed to join the voices of the largest group of UW System employees – over 18,000 Academic Staff professionals account for approximately 50% of all UW System employees.
